Furnival describes the birth of his son to Henri Chopin and asks to use Chopin as a reference during his job search. The picture is of Harry as a newborn. There is a small concrete vowel poem at the bottom of drawing. -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.

This differs from the varient copy which has pages from Dorothy and R.E.M. that was made in 1970 and includes the matted prints of Furnival. -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.

This unique varient copy has the same typewriter poem prints and reel to reel tape by Chopin as the original edition, but the Furnival prints differ and this copy has an embroidered flag by Astrid Furnival that was shown in the "Dorothy" exhibition at Bear Lane Gallery in 1966. The message has been written on the verso of a photograph b&w depicting a visual poem by Furnival done in 1964. Furnival mentions that Mike Weaver was slightly peeved by Edwin Morgan's talk which leaned heavily on his "Image" article without giving Weaver credit for it. -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.

This is a letter to John Sharkey suggesting contact information of several writers. In a handwritten additon Houedard suggests contacting "bob cobbing 262 Randolph Avenue (near Themersons) who sent this fine 'WRITERS FORUM POETS 7' of his sound poems." -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.

The letter on the verso of this photograph indicates that two of Chopin's items can be discounted. Also, Furnival mentions that Mike Weaver was upset with Edwin Morgan for not giving him more credit for his "image" article in a talk that he gave.
